Hi all! Apologies for my missed post on Friday. I thought I could do swatches and write a post before my boyfriend came to visit but I was very much mistaken, woops! Today I'm sharing some polishes that I've waited a good few months to get my hands on and I'm super excited to have finally tried them. These are of course, the four new holographic polishes that form part of the Molten Metal collection from Barry M. Let's get right into the swatches shall we?

MoYou London - Minimal 05 Nail Art
Hi lovely people! Look at me go with this consistent posting! I am absolutely loving being able to do nails again. The problem is, I have so many ideas about things I want to do, I'm not sure what to do first! For now, I'm going to alternate between nail art and swatch blog posts so I can do a bit of everything and hopefully give you guys what you want too. This means that today is nail art day woohoo! I had a rummage through my stamping plates, picked some I really liked and then got my lovely boyfriend Alex to choose an image from one of them and the stamping polish colour. Read on to find out what I ended up with!

LynBDesigns - From the Ashes & The Violet of Shy-Town
Hello hello! I hope you've all had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the sunshine (or avoided the sun if you're like me!). Today I have some swatches of polishes I received from my wonderful friend Becca of A Certain Becca Nails. These polishes are from LynBDesigns, a brand from Michigan in the US. LynBDesigns is completely new to me so I was excited to see what the polishes were like. Read on to find out more!

Lina 4 Seasons - Summer 02 Plate Review
Evening everyone! I hope your first day of June has been slightly less chaotic than mine has. Had a horrendous train journey back to uni earlier with both trains being delayed, last minute platform changes (not ideal when you're carrying a heavy suitcase), busy carriages with no spare seats and broken air con! I mean seriously, what more could have gone wrong?! I finally made it back to Plymouth and got right into some nail art as I was so excited! I decided to use a plate that I received last year from Nail Art UK and absolutely loved the look of but never had a chance to use. It may have taken a while but I got there eventually!

Sleepover Indie Box - Swatches & Review
Hellooo ladies and gentlemen! I am proud to say that I have officially done my last exam of my undergraduate degree! I can't quite believe it and I don't think the reality has quite sunk in yet... I still have to do my dissertation as I ended up having to get an extension thanks to the not so fun thing that is depression but it's allll good. Anyway, I couldn't wait to get back into blogging so I am making my return with swatches of the recently released Sleepover Indie Box! If you are at all active in the UK indie world then you'll know that the indie box is organised by the fabulous Hayley from Danglefoot Polish and features various other UK indies. Each box has a theme and this time it was Sleepovers! Let's take a look at what goodies were inside shall we?

Danglefoot Polish - Star Trek Collection
*Press Sample*
Hello hello! Thought I'd spend some time writing a blog post as I'm just waiting for my new term at uni to start and I've been sent four gorgeous polishes from my beloved Danglefoot Polish. When Hayley told us she was going to be making a Star Trek collection I got super excited because I LOVE Star Trek, both old and new. I must admit that Chekov in the recent films is my absolute favourite so I was utterly heartbroken when the actor Anton Yelchin died a couple of years ago. It's safe to say that I did not make it through Star Trek Beyond without crying! Anyway, onto happier things like pretty polishes...

Painted Polish - Hipster Trio
Well I think it's safe to say final year of uni is taking over my life...as well a being Chair of the archery club. Until last night, I hadn't painted my nails since Halloween! I finally decided enough was enough and even though it was about half 11, I put on a film and got a few swatches done. I've had these polishes sitting on my shelf for a good few months now and as I discovered they are still available, I thought I would try them first. This is the Hipster Trio from Painted Polish and I purchased them from Rainbow Connection UK.

Monthly Favourites - October 2017
Well, well, well, what is this? I've decided to start doing a monthly favourites post as I love reading other bloggers favourites and I'm hoping I can use it as a way to incorporate some of the things on Instagram that don't get shared on the blog. I tend to do a lot of swatches and unfortunately only some will get posted on here as I don't have the time to write posts and edit photos for everything due to having uni work. But hey, hopefully this will help!

Halloween Gradient
Okay so let's pretend it isn't the last day of October (aka Halloween) and I've only done four Halloween mani's... I was SO excited about this month and it's been a total flop in terms of nails. But I won't moan too much because I'm actually pretty happy with the ones I'm sharing today, even if doing them meant I didn't go to bed until 1:30am! Sparklea Nail Polish released some perfect polishes for Halloween so I just had to use them before my time was up. Let's take a look shall we?

Happee Birthdae Lea!
Hi guys! Once again it's been a little while, I'm really sorry. Going back to uni has been harder than I thought but I think I've finally figured out a way I can balance everything. The only problem is my plan then gets ruined whenever I go home for the weekend so I can't say how well it's going to work haha! Today's nails have actually already been posted on Instagram but I was pretty pleased with these and they were for a very special person so here we are. Last week was one of my BFF's birthday - Lea from Leasnails and Sparklea Nail Polish! I was invited to join a birthday collab for her and how could I possibly refuse?
